AI Drug Side Effect Prediction System
Built an AI-powered Drug Side Effect Prediction System using Streamlit and a pre-trained Random Forest model to predict treatment outcomes from patient and drug-related inputs. Designed feature engineering, model loading, and real-time prediction logic for an interactive web application, achieving 78.2% model accuracy.
Mini Agentic Chatbot
Developed a Mini Agentic Chatbot in Python using LangChain, Mistral AI, and a persistent JSON memory module, wrapped in a premium CSS-styled Streamlit UI. Engineered a dynamic tool registry (Tavily search, BeautifulSoup web scraper, math/weather tools) with a custom heuristic fallback system.
Sentiment Analysis using RNN
Processed 50,000 IMDB reviews using HTML cleaning, regex noise removal, stopword removal, and Porter Stemming, then converted text into TF-IDF features (top 5,000 terms). Built and trained a custom PyTorch RNN binary sentiment classifier using BCELoss and Adam optimizer, achieving 85.45% test accuracy.
